Forever City is no longer a teaser. On October 10 Little Neo City goes fully public: eighteen chapters from passenger hearts to last render — romance tables, brake lights, borrowed sky, a world that learned to echo itself. It sits on the catalogue wall with gallery art, lyrics, and a full Suno playlist. Artist listening profiles are live on Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.

The city does not arrive alone. Era 3 Solo Signals already occupy the same public machine: NO IDLE SPEED, WHITE VOLTAGE, DELUXE QUEEN, BODY CLOCK, THE SHAPE I LEFT, plus Singles Night V5.5 beside Featured Signals. Serialized worlds — Tomorrowline, The Wondering Traveler, No Exit Arcade, Chapel Protocol, Monument Zero, Neo-Noir City — remain the older streets this new city learned to sing over.

Merch drops with the city. Forever City CD, vinyl, double vinyl, cassette, and apparel concepts join Occupancy Zero and the Solo Signals physical wall on the archive store. Preorder placeholders. Compressed WebP. Not live inventory — a collector language waiting on the same lighting as Monument Zero.

Walk the Solo Signals if you want the voices that left the shared machine. Walk the canon if you want the fracture that made a city necessary. Then press play on Forever City. Phase 3 is not a slogan. It is a city that will not stay quiet.
